沈度,(一三五七至一四三四),明代书法家,字民则,号自乐。华亭(今上海金山)人。曾任翰林侍讲学士。擅篆、隶、楷、行等书体,与弟沈粲皆擅长书法,藏于秘府,被称为“馆阁体”,为明代台阁体书法的代表人物。台阁体又称馆阁体,“台阁”原指尚书,后为官府代称,台阁体书法早在宋代即已出现,至明代,因其为皇帝所赏识,而获得很大发展,遂成为一种独立的书体形式。
